Moving to a new place is exciting and educational. After moving here we noticed names of companies including the word Dominion. I thought, that’s a strange name. Where did it come from? Well, I did some research and it all traces back to the early colonization of the Americas. Thus, we find Dominion in the name of the power company and even a university in Richmond.
